* Dance Fitness      5.30-6.30pm

* Barre                    6.30-7.15pm

* 4 wk PILATES .     7.15-8.15pm 


Monday

* 4 Week workshop. 4th February- 25th Feb PILATES

* Please note any private lessons or group bookings for bridal parties, hens parties, debutante balls or other private lessons need to be booked at leats one week in advance and are offered on:

* Tuesday

* Wednesday

* Friday

* Saturday

* Sunday

What to bring to classes:

Barre

- Wear something comfortable eg active wear (leggings, tank top) and socks.

* Barre socks are available to purchase from Kate during class for $10.

- Bring a water bottle.

Dance Fitness

- Wear something comfortable eg active wear (leggings, tank top) and socks.

- Wear joggers or jazz style dance shoes or ballet flats (these are available from Sportspower in Forbes & Parkes or King Fisher in Orange).

- Bring a water bottle.

 Stretch, Strength & Conditioning

- Wear something comfortable eg active wear (leggings, tank top) and socks.

* Barre socks are available to purchase form Kate during class for $10.

- Bring a water bottle.

- A small towel.
